Notice for Members Having Problems with e-Bill Pay Link

For members who are signed up for e-Bill -- if you receive an "error" message when clicking on "Pay Bill," click here to access the Bill Pay login page. 

With WEC's recent software upgrade, the Bill Pay link from the E-bill for those members who received their e-Bill before the upgrade will not work. Either click on the "click here" in this article or on the "Pay Bill" from WEC's website.

In addition, if you have a problem viewing your e-Bill from the email when using Internet Explorer or Firefox, make sure you're viewing with Adobe Reader and not Adobe Acrobat.  Adobe Reader will work with Explorer until this incompatibility issue is resolved.
