The Touchstone Energy® Home is an excellent program designed to help WEC members with building or remodeling an energy efficient home that is all-electric.
As WEC has always placed a high priority on energy efficiency, this program provides the consumer with a roadmap to building an energy efficient home with the following features.

- Attic insulation and ventilation
- Vapor seal
- Double glass windows
- Special insulated doors
- Exhaust system

- Duct location in conditioned area
