Pay by Bank Draft

Wiregrass Electric Cooperative can draw a bank draft for your account(s) each month at your request. Your bank draft will begin with the next billing statement following submission of this form. You may apply online or by printing and mailing a paper copy.

Once your bank draft has begun, you can locate the information on your bill by the words “DRAFT SCHEDULE” with the due date listed in green print. This will let you know that your bill payment is scheduled to be drafted from your bank account. You will continue to receive a bill each month to let you know the amount to be drafted from your bank account.

WEC normally drafts accounts the day before or the day of the due date, unless the due date falls on a weekend or holiday. If you make any changes to your bank or account number, please notify our office as quickly as possible to avoid any problems with processing your payment. A sample bank check showing routing and account number locations is below.

As a member of Wiregrass Electric Cooperative, Inc. (WEC), I hereby authorize WEC to draw a monthly draft on my bank account for the payment of my electric account. This will remain in effect until I notify WEC to discontinue service.
